Arctic Digital, S.L. is a Spanish software company based just outside Barcelona. We do two things: we build SeaFleet Manager, a compliance platform for small fleet operators, and we run digital transformation programmes for companies changing how they work.

The two are connected. The product came out of twenty-five years of delivery work — programme management in telecoms, enterprise software implementation, service organisations built and restructured across Europe, India, the US and China. Enough time on large programmes to know why systems fail: almost never the technology, almost always what happens around it.

We are deliberately small. That means you deal with the person doing the work, decisions take hours rather than weeks, and we turn down work that we would not do well.
